HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7599 of 2013 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/A4 and A5, seeking quashment of docket order dated 11.01.2013 in C.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Luxettipet.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, by filing a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jannaram Police Station to the Public Prosecutor, submitted that as per the said letter, the matter was compromised by the parties before Lok Adalat on 20.03.2015.

3. Thereupon, an endorsement is made on the case file on behalf of learned counsel for petitioners that they may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, permission is granted and this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
