This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.238/2015 of Langer Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 457, 354, 354-D, 384, 506 and 509 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that during pendency of the present Petition, the Police of Langer Police Station, Hyderabad filed Final Report stating that case is referred as false and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.238/2015, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
