THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.26848 of 2009 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the proceedings in RC No.A1/5592/2009, dated 13.11.2009, of the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments Department, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and arbitrary. By the said proceedings the second respondent was appointed as a Single Trustee to Durga Ganapathi Alayam, Seethampeta, Visakhapatnam, for a period of two years and since the said period of two years has already elapsed, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
