HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SAMBASIVARAO NAIDU CONTEMPT CASE NOs.1516 & 1518 OF 2021 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) Heard Ms. A.Anitha learned counsel appearing for Sri A.H.Chakravarthy learned counsel for petitioners, Sri P.Govind Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader for A.P. for respondent no.1 and learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondent no.2.

By allowing Writ Petition Nos.21462 of 2019 and 1284 of 2020, dated 28.12.2020, the Division Bench of this Court set aside the impugned proceedings dated 31.05.2014 and directed the respondents 6 and 7 to discuss with each other and agree on the modalities/guidelines for allocation of employees of erstwhile Directorate of Institute of Preventive Medicine, Hyderabad, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and then finally allocate the employees including the petitioners as per the norms within one month of finalization of the modalities/guidelines.

Alleging that said orders are not complied, these Contempt Cases are filed.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader for A.P., and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II, produced G.O.Ms.No.106 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (H1) Department, dated 24.05.2022, by which all categories of posts were allocated in two institutes and consequently, allocation of employees was also finalized between two States.
