This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not enquiring into the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2018.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the respondent police are directed to take action on the complaint of the petitioner in terms of the Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
