Petitioner alleges that Occupancy Rights Certificate was issued to her husband in respect of lands to an extent of Acs.4.35 guntas in Survey No.86/A, 85/A, 83/A, 84/A, 12/vu, 109/A and 87/A of Gajwel Revenue village and 1-B and pattadar passbooks were also issued in his name. Petitioner submitted application dated 08.08.2015 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. In support of the stand that application was submitted by the petitioner, she enclosed the receipt generated from Mee-Seva at page No.10 of the material papers, Ex.P1.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsidlar, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet District, to examine the claim of the petitioner for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
