ORDER

1. In this writ petition the petitioner has sought addition of five marks to her in MD (Anesthesia) final year theory exam apart from re-conducting the practical/clinical/oral examination afresh with new set of examiners in new course.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.Prabhakara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for NTR University of Health Science appearing for the first respondent and learned Standing Counsel for Medical Council of India appearing for the 5th respondent and having regard to the order dated 27.10.2015 in W.P.No.32850 of 2015 & batch, the respondents are directed to conduct re-examination of the clinical/practical and oral examination of MD (Anesthesia) final year within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and re-value along with the written exam marks in which the petitioner has appeared and to declare the results within two weeks thereafter. The other relief sought by the petitioner regarding award of five grace marks is not adjudicated in this writ petition and is left open to be adjudicated in future, if required after the practical examination is conducted again.

3. Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
