Aggrieved by the action of official respondents 1 to 5, in not initiating action against the unofficial respondents, on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.12.2017, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, denying the allegations of the petitioner. It is stated that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, departmental proceedings have been initiated against respondents 6 and 7 and after obtaining enquiry report, appropriate action will be taken. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
