The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 4 and 5 in illegally interfering in the civil matters and calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing him to settle the matter with respondent No.6 herein.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home obtained written instructions, dated 02.12.2019 from the office of the Head Constable, Parkal Town Police Station, Warangal District, wherein it is stated that based on the complaint of respondent No.10 in the present writ petition, a case was registered in Crime No.274 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Parkal Town Police Station, on 30.11.2019. In the said crime, the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.2. In the said written instructions, it is further stated that the said case is under investigation with respondent No.5. A copy of the said written instructions is placed on record. 4.
Having regard to the above written instructions, inasmuch as the crime is registered against the petitioner and is under investigation, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition. 5.
