THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5096 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in harassing the petitioners in connection with a crime No.7 of 2017 registered against the petitioners under Section 498-A of I.P.C.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the investigation is being carried out without following due process of law and un-necessarily harassing the petitioners. Since the grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not following due process of law, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to follow the due process of law, particularly Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, while investigating Crime No.7 of 2017.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of at the stage of admission. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
