This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.236 of 2017 of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 04.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as "lack of evidence" and filed final report before the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
