HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7058 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The prayer is to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.1279 of 2015 at an early date.

For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.1279 of 2015 expeditiously but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
