HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 3032 OF 2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri P. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that the auction held today was unsuccessful, no valid bids were received, and the 1st respondent would issue a sale notice afresh inviting bids for sale of the subject property.

As the cause in the writ petition does not survive, suffice it to make it clear, while dismissing the writ petition as infructuous, that all the questions raised in this writ petition are left open to be adjudicated, if need be, in subsequent legal proceedings.
