ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent corporation and Sri T.G.Prasad Reddy, learned counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

Learned counsel for 5th respondent submitted that 5th respondent has not obtained the building permission for the subject house and the other details furnished by the petitioner are not correct; that son of 5th respondent has obtained building permission. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition with full and clear particulars. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.
