O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondent No.5 made illegal construction, and though he made complaint to the official respondents on 29.08.2019, no action has been taken till date. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, submits that unofficial respondent made constructions long back, and due to disputes between the parties, the present writ petition is filed.

A reading of the complaint stated to have been made by the petitioner on 29.08.2019 goes to show that it is only a request seeking for information with regard to construction permission obtained by unofficial respondent No.5. The averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, does not disclose that any complaint is made by the petitioner seeking action for the alleged illegal construction made by the 5th respondent.

In view of the same, leaving it open to the petitioner to make representation if he is aggrieved by the construction made by the 5th respondent, and on receipt of such representation, the competent authority, to take appropriate action in accordance with law. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
