In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.319 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 504 I.P.C. (Crime No.52 of 2013 of Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced letter, dated 21.06.2018, of Sub-Inspector of Police, Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station, Mahabubnagar District and submitted that C.C. No.319 of 2013 ended in acquittal on 07.08.2017 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.319 of 2013, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as such.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
