O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the representation of the petitioners dated 13.08.2018 for mutation of their names in the revenue records in pursuance of the judgment and decree dated 06.01.2018 in O.S.No.3 of 1978 passed by the court of II Additional District Judge, Warangal, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterating the above averments, further submitted that petitioners sought information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and in response to the same, the 4th respondent, vide memo No.B/535/2018, informed the petitioners that the matter is under consideration. In spite of the said memo, no action has been taken. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 13.08.2018 in accordance with law, and taking into consideration the memo No.B/535/2018 issued by him, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
