ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a Division Bench of this Court in Kurapati Lakshmaiah and ors v. Additional Agent to Government and Project Officer, ITDA, Bhadrachalam, Khammam & ors1 has held that the District Collector is the competent person to transfer cases pending before him including appeals to the Additional Agent and in view of the same, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted as action of the District Collector in transferring the appeals pending before him to Additional Agent and other authorities has been questioned in the present writ petition. Learned counsel fairly concedes that in view of the said judgment, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
