This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in laying the village road between Signal Thanda to Lali Thanda in the middle of the petitioner's land in Sy.No.84/2/1 to an extent of Ac.2.2100 guntas situated at Dornakal Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District without following the due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare basing on instructions submits that the respondents will follow the due procedure in laying the road.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over his land in Sy.No.84/2/1 to an extent of Ac.2.2100 guntas situated at Dornakal Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District for laying the road between Signal Thanda to Lali Thanda without following due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
