This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 8 in taking proper steps against respondent Nos.9 and 10 for their illegal digging of the prawn tanks in the petitioners' village, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (A.P.).

Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (A.P.) submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners and the unofficial respondents i.e., respondent Nos.9 and 10 entered into a compromise.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
6.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
