HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.172 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 04.12.2009 in I.A.No.114 of 2009 in O.S.No.62 of 2009 on the file of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Vijayawada.

2. Appellants are plaintiffs and they filed this appeal against order of dismissal of interim injunction application filed in the suit. As seen from the office note, the main suit O.S.No.62 of 2009 was disposed of on 16.06.2016. In view of dismissal of main suit nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

3. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
