This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Crime No.185 of 2014 of P.S. Karkhana, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, against the petitioner/accused No.1. 02.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case. 03.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
