HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1676 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.9810 of 2018, dated 23-03-2018. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondent passed orders dated 28-06-2018 in compliance to the orders passed by this Court in the writ petition and rejected the case of the petitioner. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said orders in accordance with law.
