This Civil Revision Petition is preferred against orders in I.A.No.883 of 2013 in O.P.No.54 of 2013, dated:18-02-2014, on the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge's Court at Vijayawada, 3.

The main HMOP.No.54 of 2013 was disposed of vide orders dated:20-01-2017 and against this, Family Court Appeal No.140 of 2017 was filed. Since the main O.P was decided on merits, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.
