Crl.Petition No.7756 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.7756 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 read with Section 440(2) of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking relaxation of the condition imposed upon them by reducing the surety amount from Rs.25,000/-with two sureties for the like sum each to any amount this Court deem fit, imposed by the learned VIII Metropolitan Sessions Judge FAC V Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in Crl.M.P.No.2183 of 2022 by order dated 22.08.2022 while granting bail to them, in connection with Crime No.498 of 2022 on the file of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad for the offence under Section 25(1) Arms Act. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused 1 and 2, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the bail was granted on 22.08.2022, the petitioners are languishing in jail and they have no resources to give the surety amount, in the

Crl.Petition No.7756 of 2022 said circumstances, learned counsel seeks reduction of the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to any amount this Court deem fit. 4.

In the said circumstances, for the reason of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 languishing in jail, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/- each with two sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
