THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.25703 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the first respondent in declaring the results of B.Ed first year I-Semester Examinations of the students of the second petitioner-College held in March, 2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent.

3. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners filed Writ Petition Nos.4384 and 6582 of 2016 with a prayer to permit the students of the second petitioner-College to appear for the examinations and this Court permitted the students of the second petitioner-College to appear for the examinations by orders dated 11.02.2016 and 29.02.2016 respectively.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that the Osmania University has no objection for declaration of the results of the students of the second petitioner-College.

5. In view of the submission made by learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent, the first respondent is hereby directed to declare the results of the B.Ed first year I-Semester Examinations of the students of the second petitioner-College.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

7. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
