THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CC No.1483 of 2015 Oral Order :

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.2604 of 2015 in WP No.20203 of 2015 dated 7.7.2015.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondentInspector of Police, (G.O.W) C.I.D, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that in obedience of the orders of this Court Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner was recalled. Learned Government Pleader for Home has also submitted a memo dated 12.9.2015 issued by the Additional Director General of Police, CID, Hyderabad, Telangana State deleting the LOC against the petitioner, and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed, and the respondents stand discharged. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
