THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.6337 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} A counter affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the respondent-Bank stating that a fresh notice, prior to sale has been issued wherein the properties, belonging to the borrower, have also been included. In view of this subsequent event, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that this order shall not preclude the petitioners herein from questioning the notice prior to sale in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
