Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as follows:
"To issue a n a ppropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ oF Mandamus by declaring the action of Respondents in not processing the applications for release of electricity connections to the petitioner's building premises bearing door no.3-61l2 in the plot no.66/A, admeasuring 200 Sq.Yds in survey no.B0 situated at Adithyanagar, New Hafeezpet, Ranga Reddy District now Medchal-Ma lkajg iri District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondents to process applications for providing electricity connections and to release service connections with meters without any further delay and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, "
3. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is t
squarely covered by the order oF this Court dated 05.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.24646 of 2023, hence the writ petition could be disposed oF in terms of the order of this Court dated 05.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.24646 of 2023.

Bringing the said submission of both the learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed oF directing the respondents to consider the petitioner,s application dated 26.O9.2023 as per law, provide power supply or pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner and communicate the decision to the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Petition, shall stand closed.
