THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7839 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy, in Crl.M.P.No.2904 of 2017, vide docket order dated 07.11.2019, which are as under: (1) The petitioner shall execute a personal bond of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty lakhs only) with one surety of Rs.50,000/- (2) Further, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that the petitioner shall produce the case property as and when required by this Court.

(3) The petitioner shall take the photographs of 1,300 Kingfisher Premium Strong Beer Cottons and the same along with the negatives before this Court.

(4) It is further directed that the petitioner shall not alienate, alter or subject to encumbrance the case property i.e., 1,300 Kingfisher Premium Strong Beer Cottons pending disposal of the main case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and since the property in question is perishable in nature, aforesaid condition Nos.2 and 4 are hereby relaxed. The other conditions imposed by the Court below remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
