HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.10302 of 2001 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in rejecting the claim of the petitioners for absorption on the ground that the certificate issued by the contractor has not been signed by the Board of officials, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to the claim of the petitioners for absorption without insisting for the service certificate issued by the contractor.

2. Mrs. K.S.G. Padmavathi, learned counsel representing Sri K. Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Permission granted.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
