HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.8456 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7982 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 3rd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.1974 of 2017 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, which is outcome of crime No.69 of 2017 of Karkhana Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.8456 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
