Heard the counsel for petitioner, Sri K. Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General for 1st respondent, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondent nos.2 to 4. 2.
The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner informed the 2nd respondent by a letter dt.04.01.2018 that the compensation determined in the proceedings dt.12.12.2017 of the 2nd respondent is not adequate and to take action in accordance with law; and that the 2nd respondent has not taken action to refer the dispute about the quantum of compensation to the arbitrator under Section 3G of the National HighWay Act, 1956.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for respondent nos.2 to 4, states that the 2nd respondent will take action on the petitioner's representation dt.04.01.2018 and refer the matter to the arbitrator under Section 3G of the Act within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dt.04.01.2018 and refer the matter to the arbitrator under Section 3G

of the Act within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
