HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3928 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.38/RCT/HR/2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, ACB, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad Range for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2) Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner/A-1 and the respondent represented by the Special Public Prosecutor, A.C.B and perused the material on record as the facts falls short to admit the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the same is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the proper forum where he got any other grievance.

3) With the above observations, the criminal petition is disposed of.
