O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that the respondent, without following the due process of law, is trying to interfere with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property by demolishing his house constructed in an extent of 250 square yards in Sy.No.115 situated in Brigadier Sayeed Road, Thokatta village, Bowenpally, Secunderabad Cantonment, Telangana.
The learned Standing Counsel for Cantonment Board appearing for the respondent, on instructions, has submitted that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from his property without following the procedure contemplated under the Cantonments Act, 2006.
In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent not to dispossess the petitioner from his property without following the due process of law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
