O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the memorandum of the 5th respondent - Controller of Examinations, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, dated 02.07.2018 in rejecting to revalue petitioner's final MBBS Part II answer scripts of Medicine, Surgery and Pediatrics, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - University, submits that the case of the petitioner has been referred to Grievance Redressal Committee and the said Committee will take appropriate decision. Petitioner's counsel also agreed to that course. In view of the same, the Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law, and communicate its decision to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
