ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.20.8.2013 in W.P. No.24274 of 2013.

Both on 17.7.2015 and today, the counsel for the petitioner is not present.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) on instructions submitted that on 26.5.2015 the respondent has conducted a survey under a panchnama.

Though the action taken by the respondent to implement the order of this Court is highly belated, having regard to the request made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) to condone the time lag in conducting the survey, the contempt case is closed.
