Malle Jayaram v. The District Collector

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14856 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner has filed an application on 15.04.2013 before the third respondent under Sections-3 and 4 of A.P. Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977, to delete the name of the third party from the revenue records in respect of the land allegedly assigned to him and also to restore possession of the land to him since he is the legal heir of the original assignee-Malle Malakondaiah The third respondent shall consider the said application made by the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
