This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order this Hon'ble Court deems appropriate directing the respondent No.2 to transfer the land of 2 Acres in Survey No.318 situated in Kallukonda, Visakhapatnam Dist. allotted to the petitioner society by the respondent No.2 vide Lr.R.C.No.C1/4031/82, dt.18-9-1982, in favour of the petitioner society by accepting the market value fixed."

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent Temple that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.536 of 2017, dated 07.09.2010 and a copy of the same is also placed on record. By way of the said order, a Division Bench of this Court confirmed the order of dismissal of the writ petition filed by the similarly situated persons. 2.

Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is also dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
