This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 12.04.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12267 of 2018. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed before this Court the order passed by the District Registrar and Appellate Authority in Appeal No.61 of 2017, dated 06.08.2018.

In view of the same, it cannot be said that the respondent has violated the directions issued by this Court. 5.
