Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner produced a copy of the registration certificate, which shows that the vehicle was of the year 2011 model. Having regard to the fact that it was seven (7) years old vehicle, the request of the counsel for petitioner to reduce the bond amount is considered. 3.

Accordingly, in modification of the trial Court's order, it is directed that the vehicle bearing registration No. HR 47 B 9379 shall be returned to the petitioner for interim custody subject to the petitioner executing a personal bond for Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) together with single surety for the likesum on the conditions as mentioned by the trial Court in its order dated 15.6.2018. 4.

The Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
