ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct respondents 2 to 4 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members. The petitioner states that he is eaking out his livelihood by doing mechanical works at Hindupur Town. When respondent Nos.5 to 8 created nuisance in front of his house on 15.5.2014, he requested them not to speak with loud voice. On that respondents 5 to 8 abused the wife of the petitioner in filthy language and respondents 9 to 14, who are the relatives of the 5th respondent, came with deadly weapons and they also attacked his wife. The 4th respondent registered a case in Cr.No.144 of 2014 under Section 324 read with 34 IPC. Thereafter also, respondents 5 to 14 came to the hospital and threatened them. The petitioner gave a complaint on 2.6.2014 to respondents 3 and 4 and sought police protection.

He further states that he is unable to send his children to school due to the said nuisance and their education will be spoiled. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 4 have received the complaint on 2.6.2014, but have not been taking any action thereon. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition is filed.

While admitting the writ petition on 10.7.2014, this Court passed the following order:

"Hence, it is only appropriate that the 3rd respondent namely the Circle Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station,

Hindupur and the 4th respondent Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Hindupur shall take necessary steps to ensure that no obstruction or hindrance is caused to the petitioner and his family members from entering their own house or living peacefully in the said locality." No counter-affidavit is filed as on today.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 10.7.2014 passed in WPMP No.21562 of 2014 as final order. No costs.
