THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13125 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 07.02.2017 passed by the second respondent canceling the DBBL weapon licence of the petitioner as he was involved in Crime No.772 of 2016 registered under Section 30 of the Indian Arms Act of P.S.Jawaharnagar.

A show cause notice was issued to the petitioner and after considering the explanation only the impugned order was passed. Since there is a provision for appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to prefer an appeal within thirty days from today to the competent authority.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 13.04.2017 vs
