This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed seeking to withdraw SC No.55 of 2011 from the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge' Peddapalli, Karimnagar District, and transfer the same to the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Siddipet, Medak District' Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters' and when the matter is taken up for hearing' the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full-fledged trial' the matter has resulted in acquittal of the accused' by order dated 20'01'2017 of theAssistantSessionsJudge,Peddapalli,Karimnagar,andas such, the present transfer criminal petition hled does not require further consideration by this Court'
Having regard to the submissions made as above' no further orders need be passed in the present transfer criminal Petitlon Accordingly, the transfer criminal petition is closed However, the petitioner is at libertY to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said SC has not been ciisposed of by the trial Court as noted above'
