ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments (AP) and learned standing counsel for second respondent temple and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner is working as NMR for the last 17 years and due to ill-health, he has applied leave and after recouping from the ailment, when he reported to duty he was not permitted to join the duty. Learned counsel for petitioner further submitted that petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.3.2018 and for the present, petitioner is satisfied, if direction is issued to dispose of said representation. 3.
Having regard to the said submission of learned counsel for petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation dated 29.3.2018 submitted by petitioner and to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
