Heard.

The petitioner sought mutation under his application, dated 28-012015 relating to the land admeasuring Ac.10-72 cents in Sy.No.85 of Vemulapalli Village, Krishna District, basing on the judgment of the Civil Court. On the said application, the 2nd respondent endorsed directing the 3rd respondent to verify and take appropriate action as per law. However, the computer print out taken at Mee Seva shows that the application of the petitioner was 'rejected'. The petitioner has not been served with any order and the computer print out taken at Mee Seva only mentions the word 'rejected'. Hence, questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Though the matter was adjourned on two occasions to enable the learned Government Pleader to get instructions from the 3rd respondent as to whether any detailed order is passed with regard to the petitioner's application, no instructions are forthcoming from the 3rd respondent. In view of that, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent that if no such order is passed as is reflected in the computer print out taken at Mee Seva atleast now he shall consider the petitioner's application for mutation and grant of E-pattadar pass book and pass appropriate reasoned order, ignoring the rejection as reflected in the print out, and communicate the same to the petitioner. The said excise shall be completed by the 3rd respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
