THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1473 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused challenging the order of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada dated 16.3.2016 in allowing Crl.M.P.No.2341 of 2015 in C.C.S.R.No.11475 of 2015. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for his appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
