Heard.
The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in completing investigation in Cr.No.64 of 2014, which was registered as early as on 18-02-2014.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that five witnesses were already examined and the investigation is almost completed. It is also stated that Crl.P.No.11598 of 2014 is filed by A1, which was disposed of by this Court on 19-09-2014 directing the respondents to complete the investigation. It is also stated that the investigation is almost completed and appropriate final report is proposed to be filed before competent court.
Since the investigation is already completed substantially, no further orders are required to be passed except directing the 4th respondent to take further steps as required in accordance with law expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
