HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.21343 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains that respondents 4 to 6 are altering the boundaries fixed by the Inspector of Survey, Office of the Survey and Land Records, Sanga Reddy/ 3rd respondent for Sy.No.494 of Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District. 2. Learned counsel seeks liberty to represent to District Collector, Sangareddy District and also 2nd respondent on the threatened action of respondents 4 to 6 in changing boundaries.
