Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner settled the dispute with the respondents out of the Court and accordingly filed I.A.No.1 of 2022 seeking permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that the matter is compromised between the petitioner and the respondents.

In view of the said submissions made by both the learned counsels, I.A.No.1 of 2022 is ordered.

In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand dismissed.
